VTS - VISUAL TRIM SYSTEM - COMPLETE

In addition to developing superior components, we have always focused on speeding up the rigging process and simplifying the trim so that everyone can activate one hundred percent of the sail‘s performance. However, this only works because we look at all rigging components in interaction, develop them in a joint process, and match them perfectly - like the VTS. The VTS downhaul dots and the brand new VTS TAIL together result in the VTS COMPLETE - a complete, extremely easy-to-use trim system that visually displays the perfect tension of down- AND outhaul. With this, anyone can trim their DUOTONE sail as quickly, precisely and powerfully as our sail designers, testers and team riders.

VTS TAIL - OUTHAUL TRIM

Now with the introduction of the VTS TAIL we have finally made the correct outhaul tension visible as well. In Addition to the common boom length specs all 2022 sails come with VTS TAIL outhaul info.

VTS DOTS - DOWNHAUL TRIM

Already in 1997, DUOTONE product manager Raoul Joa had the idea of placing dots in the top of the sail and using them as a visual indicator for the correct downhaul tension. He called the concept VTS - VISUAL TRIM SYSTEM.
