YOUR HOBBIES ASIDE KITEBOARDING?

I like to do most action sports, from wing foiling, surfing, surf foiling, sailing, skateboarding, wakeboarding… but I also ride MTB, play chess, edit videos, ride E-foils, fly paraglider and generally keep myself busy!!

WHAT DO YOU DO ON A DAY WITHOUT WIND?

There is always something to do, usually I would take out the boat and ride some wakes on the hydrofoil setup! Or hit the gym to keep fit for the shred ;)

WHAT STYLE OF MUSIC ARE YOU INTERESTED IN?

I like simply ‘good music’ regardless of genre. However usually a solid hip hop beat or some electro will get me moving!

HOW AND WHY DID YOU START KITEBOARDING? 

I started kiteboarding because my father banned me from doing it as it was too dangerous. So as soon as I could get and bar in my hands, I was addicted to it… once

WHY ARE YOU RIDING FOR DUOTONE?

I have been on the team since 2005, from the original young blood camps and I have always been a loyal Duotone Rider. I have done everthing from wold competitions, product testing and development from kites to boards, filming content for the brand both infront and behind the camera. Duotone produces the equipment that allows me to live the life that I have had as a team rider…

WHAT IS YOUR MAIN GOAL FOR THE FUTURE?

My main goal is to keep pushing myself in diverse ways, with the development of the sport and equipment, as well as new sports like wing foiling, opens the door to new challenges and targets. It is my mission to push what hasn’t been done yet and to remain at the forefront of the development of the sport for years to come…

WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN YOUR JOB IF YOU WOULDN´T BE A PRO KITEBOARDER? 

I would run my video production company, as it is always tricky to balance the time between what you would do as a ‘team rider’ and pro kiter, versus getting the work done!

WHAT´S YOUR FAVOURITE FOOD?
