With designer Kai Hopf and our product managers Dani Aeberli and Marco Lang, one and the same team is now responsible for the board, rig and even fin development. This results in an unrivalled board-rig ecosystem in which all DUOTONE products are really matching 100% now.
Besides this perfect match, the other driving force behind our R&D is the relentless push of our wave team around Victor Fernandez and Liam Dunkerbeck for better and better products.

Unlike the industry-standard semi custom technology, all our boards are now produced in a full custom technology which results in the best weight vs. strength ratio.
AI_BOARD_3D DESIGN SOFTWARE
In contrast to the industry-standard Shape3d program, our own exclusive 3D CAD software is based on math data-driven input. This allows us to cross-check the outcome using artificial intelligence to ensure maximum precision. Apart from being much more accurate and faster, complex 3D design tasks such as our ground-breaking SYNCED CURVES CONCEPT would otherwise have been simply impossible to realize.
CNC SHAPED ONLY
All our boards are CNC shaped now which is not only much more accurate, but opens more decisive advantages compared to the traditional mould construction method which allows us to implement new shapes at any time.
PRODUCTION FOCUSED DEVELOPMENT
Every single prototype is made in our exclusive factory using the exact same process and materials as the production boards. This way, each prototype has exactly the same weight and flex and therefore feels identical to the board you get.

Grâce à notre concept MADE TO ORDER, nous sommes en mesure de proposer 3 nouvelles planches de vitesse de compétition très rapides.
Au lieu de l'habituel design « one does it all », nous offrons 3 tailles et designs individuels qui nous permettent de fabriquer les planches de vitesse les plus spécialisées et les plus radicales que nous ayons jamais faites !
Au lieu de la technologie semi-custom standard de l'industrie, nous utilisons maintenant notre technologie exclusive FULL CUSTOM D/LAB, qui est identique à la façon dont les planches customisées les plus haut de gamme sont construites. Mais à la différence d'une planche sur mesure, vous obtenez un shape méticuleusement testé et éprouvé.
Le résultat est la gamme de planches de vitesse la plus mature et la plus compétitive jamais fabriquée !
FALCON_SPEED D/LAB 56
La plus grande taille de voile recommandée pour cette planche est 5.3, ce qui veut tout dire. Cette planche est faite pour attaquer des spots comme Luderitz.
La taille de 56 litres est axée sur le contrôle. Soyez assuré que cette planche ne vous lâchera jamais avant que vous ne le fassiez !
FALCON_SPEED D/LAB 68
Notre démon de la vitesse polyvalent offre la plus grande plage d'utilisation. Elle permet de transporter des voiles un peu plus grandes que la 56, tout en offrant pratiquement la même vitesse de pointe.
FALCON_SPEED D/LAB 78
La taille de 78 litres fonctionne même avec une voile de 6.2. Cependant, grâce au concept NOSE DOWN, vous pouvez également utiliser une voile 5.0 entièrement gonflée. Le design permet une bonne pression sur le rail pour pousser l'aileron à travers les accalmies à des vitesses de vent plus faibles et en même temps des trims doux et stables avec une excellente accélération quand les grosses rafales arrivent. La voile rapide n'a jamais été aussi facile, allez la voir sur votre spot de vitesse local !
