The PREMIUM SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY consists of 50 individual parts and components and is our lightest semi custom technology. Achieved through lighter raw materials and a higher carbon content and a sophisticated layup with a much higher amount of load spot specific patches, stringers and reinforcements. Important these weight savings do not go to cost of durability. This is why as the first production brand we offer a 1 YEAR UNLIMITED WARRANTY on these boards when registered online (dents excluded).

Parallel outline design provides low drag and boosts control. The wide tail ensures incredible early planing and upwind performance and improves the take off for jumping.

Medium rail diameter in the nose and center offer an ideal blend of performance and manoeuvrability. Thinned out rails towards the tail for maximum grip and control.

Reduced dome deck shape results in a more stable/balanced stance, especially in drift & ride conditions.

Very smooth and comfortable ride especially in chop thanks to constant V bottom shape with slight double concaves.

Faster rocker line boosts planing power especially on the larger sizes.

The mini side slot boxes no longer offer any adjustment to prevent misplacing your fins. Now all adjustability for different riding styles and sail sizes is done through the center fin(s) only - Plug & Play and lighter weight!

The mini mast-track reduces the weight in the critical nose area. It also reduces the risk to misplace your mast base while still providing just the right amount of length adjustment for all riding styles and sail sizes.

High quality closed cell neoprene for maximum longevity. Only black Lycra coating guarantees maximum comfort as well as maximum durability. The strap features measurement markings to allow you to quickly set up and replicate your individual size. Board specific attachments:

• All World Cup boards come equipped with double-screw plugs to prevent any twist and ensuring the most direct connection to the board
• All other boards come equipped with single-screw plugs to allow a faster repositioning of the straps plus a more comfortable ride due to a certain "give"

8-10mm thick duo density EVA (depending on the board type) provides best dampening comfort and control. The heat pressed diamond grooving pattern protects the EVA against abrasion and provides an extraordinary grip level. We only select EVA colours which don't look dirty after use and will also resist fading after hours in the sun.

1. All FreeWave sizes come with a Powerbox single fin - reduced weight and maximum Plug & Play.
2. FreeWave SLS 75 to 105 come with a thruster setup offering even more grip during manoeuvres and turns (get delivered with 1 Powerbox center fin plus 2 Slotbox side fins).
3. FreeWave SLS 115 and 125 come with a Powerbox single fin. The 2 additional side Slotboxes offer the option to switch to a thruster setup.

The WOOD SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY consists of 40 individual parts and components and offers the best weight/durability vs. price ratio. This is achieved through combining the usual high density PVC sandwich foam with large wood reinforcement patches. This reduces the complexity of the layup which helps us to keep the price under control. Yet it leads to a very strong and just slightly heavier board compared to our Premium Sandwich Technology. We think there is no better performance for value construction out there.
