Battery box mounting set

The Battery Box Mounting Set is designed for riders who want to cruise on flatwater without wearing the battery harness. For beginners in particular, it makes getting onto the board, kneeling, and standing up much easier as their legs or feet can't get tangled in the leash and power cable.

The set is compatible exclusively with the Midfish Air inflatable board, which features dedicated D-rings on the tail for mounting the battery box.

The battery box is secured to a dedicated mounting plate for easy attachment and accessibility. Its elevated position allows you to open the lid and insert, swap, or remove batteries without difficulty.

When lying prone on the board at low speeds, the tail may become submerged, depending on the rider's weight. To maintain a reliable wireless connection between the remote and the receiver inside the battery box, the set includes an antenna that is routed through a thin tube beneath the footpad to the nose of the board.

Installation takes just a few minutes:

1. Replace the standard mast cable with the shorter cable included in the set.
2. Mount the mast to the board and route the antenna through the tube beneath the footpad.
3. Secure the battery box to the board's D-rings using the four reusable zip ties.
4. Connect the power cable to the battery box and attach the antenna.

Please note that the Battery Box Mounting Set is not included in the Foil Cruise Set and must be purchased separately. If you prefer riding without a harness, you can build your own setup combining the eMast Cruise Set, Watch Ring Remote, Charger, Battery Set, and the Battery Box Mounting Set.

Please note: The Battery Box Mounting Set is designed for relaxed flatwater cruising sessions with the Foil Cruise. For surf foiling, downwinding, and wake foiling with Foil Assist, we recommend using the Battery Harness System.
