Founded back in the day, we initially focused on Windsurfing and today, alongside Kiteboarding and Wing Foiling, we cover a wide range of watersports. DUOTONE's unique combination of high-quality products with a progressive style and design has won fans all over the world.
At the end of the day, we simply love to shred — no matter what kind of board we ride. This mindset is reflected in our brand philosophy: DUOTONE is all about challenging yourself, experiencing nature and feeling its power. That's why we develop gear that is not only clever and innovative, but also translates our passion into a unique design.

The area around our headquarters in Munich isn't exactly a watersports hotspot. So we came up with something to give our employees more days on the water every year. Everyone has the opportunity to work from a watersports spot for three weeks a year.

At Duotone, we believe that sustainability starts at home. The first step is the people who show up at our sites in Munich and in Molln, Austria, every day, which is why we've decided to invest in them. Through partnerships with regional leasing providers in Germany and Austria, Duotone offers every employee the chance to lease a bike to commute to work, get around the city or do any other activity they like. Many of our employees have taken advantage of this offer and now turn their way to and from work into an endurance workout.
