La Skybrid SLS è l’ultima aggiunta alla nostra gamma di tavole da Wing Foil ad alte prestazioni, un ponte tra le Downwinder e le classiche tavole da wing compatte.
Questa tavola ha un profilo più stretto e lungo, ma mantiene ampi nose e tail per un’incredibile efficienza e stabilità in planata.
La Skybrid SLS è costruita con la nostra tecnologia premium SLS, con track più lunghi in carbonio che riducono il peso ed aumentano la libertà di posizionamento del foil. La nuova arrivata assicura performance massime, partenze immediate con vento leggero e planate facilitate anche con foil di dimensioni ridotte - per i Wing Foiler di livello intermedio ed avanzato.
La carena passa da mono concave a flat, ideale per anticipare l’entrata in planata e le partenze. Il deck leggermente rialzato a livello del piede davanti offre un feeling reattivo e giocoso, innalzando la tua esperienza di riding una manovra o un’onda dopo l’altra. Il rocker sul nose facilita l’accelerazione impedendo di fare attrito sulla superficie dell’acqua.
Le nicchie sul tail facilitano ed anticipano il momento dell’uscita dall’acqua; i rail arrotondati migliorano take-off e aggressività delle curve. La Skybrid SLS eccelle quando utilizzata per il riding strapless, ma lascia la possibilità di utilizzare gli strap per i rider alla ricerca di maggior controllo durante le manovre e velocità elevate.

Fahrspaß spur!
Ich habe mir den Duotone Skybrid 5`8`` als Ergänzung zu meinem SkyStyle 4`9`` gekauft, mit dem Ziel, auch bei schwächerem Wind oder kleinen Böen an unserem See schneller aufs Foil zu kommen – und genau das liefert das Board auf ganzer Linie. In Kombination mit dem Glide 2.0 Foil funktioniert das Setup hervorragend. Schon bei wenig Wind kommt man schnell aufs Foil, was jede Session spürbar aufwertet. Der Shape des Skybrid ist perfekt auf frühes Abheben ausgelegt, ohne dabei träge zu wirken – das Board bleibt agil und reaktionsfreudig. Auch im Urlaub auf Sardinien hatte ich Gelegenheit, den Skybrid in der Welle zu fahren. Trotz des spürbar höheren Volumens im Vergleich zu meinem kleineren Board war ich positiv überrascht: Das zusätzliche Volumen wirkt in der Welle kaum hinderlich. Im Gegenteil – der Vorteil, schnell auf dem Foil zu sein, überwiegt hier ganz klar. Ebenso werden kleine Touchdown einfach weggebügelt. Fazit: Der neue Shape ist aus meiner Sicht ein Volltreffer. Ob Leichtwindbedingungen am See oder moderate Wellenbedingungen – der Skybrid 5`8`` überzeugt durch Vielseitigkeit, frühes Abheben und ein stabiles Fahrgefühl. Ich bin mega stoked von diesem Board und freue mich auf jede weitere Session damit!
