failure of the zip on duotone bag on first trip

I recently bought the Duotone quiver Bage152. upon upacking of the bag and first look i am not impressed by the quality of the fabric and the seams work looks weak; upon my first trip to Dakhla , the bag is not fully loaded however a slight tension on the zip at on point makes it break. This happens right before the return flight. I am very dissapointed by quality and sturdiness of the zip. This is far from the quality level i experienced with Dutotone sales.
