Organiser of the registration for the “WHY” magazine is the DUOTONE division (hereinafter also referred to as "Organiser"), a company part of the Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1 , 4591 Molln, Austria.

By filling out the registration form on the website, users have the chance to get their hands on one of a total of 1.800 printed hard copies of the new Duotone “WHY” Magazine

The access for the registration commences upon activation on Wednesday, 17.04.2024 at 12:00 CEST. The participation deadline is 30 days later on Friday, 17.05.2024, at 12:00 CEST

If more than 15,000 users have registered for a printed magazine by the end of the registration period, a random drawing will determine the 1.800 users who will receive a magazine from all registrations received during the participation period.

To get a chance get one the 1.800 limited Duotone “WHY” Magazines, participants must successfully complete the registration process using the provided sign-up form on the Organizer's website. Ensure accurate and complete information is provided, and acceptance of these participation terms is granted.

Participation in the registration is entirely free of charge. In exchange for the chance to get one of the 1.800 limited Duotone “WHY” magazines, the Organizer is granted permission to use the participant's provided data for purchase and shipping process.

Additionally, based on his preselection of the sports in the registration form, the registered user will automatically subscribe to our Duotone Newsletters to get the latest news. Users have the option to unsubscribe from the Duotone newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the end of each newsletter.

The Magazine will be shipped by the Organizer, or a third party designated by Boards & More GmbH via courier, parcel service, or postal delivery to an address specified by the winner. Delivery is free of charge, with the place of execution remaining at Boards & More GmbH's headquarters.

Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification.

Employees of the Organizer and participating Boards & More GmbH, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

Legal recourse is not available.

Magazines will only be sent to the countries that can be pre-elected in the registration form on the website.

Participant data will be collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of shipment of the magazine and for marketing communication (Newsletter). Contact information for winners will be shared exclusively for prize delivery purposes.
