1. Organiser of the online survey is the DUOTONE division (hereinafter also referred to as "Organiser"), a company part of the Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1 , 4591 Molln, Austria.

2. The online survey is offered on the Website of the organizer: https://www.duotonesports.com/en/kiteboarding/more/Infos/survey

3. By filling out the online survey completely, users have the chance to win brand-new 2025 kite equipment consisting of:

   • 1. Place: KITE EVO SLS (Season 2025, Size of your choice)

     2. Place: KITEBOARD Select SLS (Season 2025, Size of your choice)

     3. Place: WOO Device 4.0 incl. Mount.

     4. 4 – 10 Place: 50€ Voucher for our Duotone Apparel Collection in our Webshop

4. The access for the online survey commences upon activation on Monday, 21th of March at 12AM CET CEST. The participation deadline is 16 days later on April 6th, at 12AM CEST

5. To get a chance to win one of the prizes, participants must successfully complete the online survey process using the sign-up form provided on the Organizer's website. Ensure accurate and complete information is provided, and acceptance of these participation terms is granted.

6. Participation in the online survey is entirely free of charge. In exchange for the chance to get one of the Prices, the Organizer is granted permission to use the participant's provided data for purchase and shipping process. Additionally, participants consent to their data being used for marketing purposes, including receiving newsletters and promotional offers. Participants can withdraw their consent at any time.

7. After the end of the registration period on April 6th, 12AM CEST the prizes will be randomly drawn among all participants who have completed the survey and finished the registration process.

8. Additionally, based on his preselection of the sports in the registration form, the registered user will automatically subscribe to our Duotone Newsletters to get the latest news. Users have the option to unsubscribe from the Duotone newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the end of each newsletter.

9. The Prices will be shipped by the Organizer, or a third party designated by Boards & More GmbH via courier, parcel service, or postal delivery to an address specified by the winner. Delivery is free of charge, with the place of execution remaining at Boards & More GmbH's headquarters.

10. If the prize cannot be delivered to the winners within 40 days, we will select a new winner by drawing lots again

11. Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to take part. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification.

12. Legal recourse is not available.

13. Employees of the Organizer and participating Boards & More GmbH, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

14. Participant data will be collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and for marketing communication (Newsletter). Contact information for winners will be shared exclusively for prize delivery purposes.
