Reflecting on the Porsche Golden Ticket

The response to our Porsche Golden Ticket has been nothing short of spectacular! We received an overwhelming number of high-quality video submissions from young kitesurfers worldwide, each one a testament to the incredible talent and passion that drives our community. We at Duotone Kiteboarding, along with our partners at Porsche, are thrilled to see such enthusiasm and dedication from the next generation of kiteboarders.

When we first announced the contest, we knew there was a wealth of talent out there, but the level of skill and creativity showcased in the submissions truly exceeded our expectations. To help us in this tough decision-making process, we turned to two of the best in the business: Liam Whaley and Rita Arnaus. These Duotone athletes brought their expert eyes to the table, carefully reviewing every entry with the same passion they bring to the sport.

Here's a preview of what's in store for you at the Duotone Young Blood Camp 2024:  Training sessions on the beautiful waters of Hyères, France, will accelerate your kiteboarding skills. You'll be competing in heats against other talented Young Bloods and have the exhilarating opportunity to launch and kite directly off a catamaran. Tow-in sessions will allow you to perfect your foiling techniques on non-wind days.  Off the water, we will delve into kite-specific training sessions and injury prevention knowledge to help you avoid injuries and ensure you stay in peak condition. Engage in exercises aimed at improving your balance and strength, specifically for kiteboarding. From our industry experts, you'll get valuable tips and tricks on how to ride effectively for stunning photographic and video captures. 

The camp will include skill development sessions featuring social media training, where you will master the art of building your brand and engaging with fans and sponsors. Gain insights into how to attract and secure valuable sponsorships to support your kiteboarding journey. Additionally, our product training will help you understand Duotone's product lineup, so you can better recommend the right gear for different friends and customers.  These unique opportunities await you, including inspirational talks by kiteboarding legends Liam Whaley and Rita Arnaus, who will share their journeys and insights on and off the water.  Finally, show your passion, skills, and dedication for a chance to win a Duotone sponsorship, which could take your kiteboarding career to the next level!
