Nia Suardiaz Taking 2023 GWA FreeFly & Surf-Freestyle World Titles in Brazil!
Congratulations!
The 2023 GWA Wing Foil World Tour season could not have ended better than this! Nia Suardiaz, who officially secured the GWA FreeFly-Slalom and Surf-Freestyle World Titles earlier this year, clinched yet another decisive victory in FreeFly-Slalom and secured a 2nd place in Freestyle at the final event in Brazil, sealing the deal on an exceptional season!
During the FreeFly competition in Brazil Nia didn’t lose a single bullet, barely put a foot wrong. Her form throughout the whole year was impeccable, and the young Spaniard/German has won every FreeFly-Slalom event. The result makes it an unprecedented six-for-six in 2023.
The Surf-Freestyle title was also already hers earlier this year, however with a 2nd place at the event in Brazil she once more confimed her skills validating the position!
With only 16 years Nia Suardiaz is GWA Wave Vice World Champion (where her team mate Wesly Brito is in 1st: -), GWA Big Air Vice World Chamion, GWA World Champ Surf-Freestyle & FreeFly-Slalom 2023 - what a star!
We celebrate this success with gratitude for Nia´s hard work and commitment - here's to the thrill of victory and the many more to come!

Men’s Surf-Freestyle Brazil:
Big shoutout to our Young Blood team with 16 year old Aleks & Tom Acherer from Austria and 14 year old Leo Suardiaz (Nia´s younger brother) who were competing in the Surf-Freestyle discipline and going full power!
Aleks managed to eliminate big names like Alan Fedit and finsihed 5th, while Leo and Tom also showed off big time and ended in 9th and 17th - way to go!
So cool to see them competing ans surely we will hear those names again - stay tuned!
