Organiser of the Giveaway is the DUOTONE division (hereinafter also referred to as "Organiser"), a company part of the Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1 , 4591 Molln, Austria.

The competition takes place via the online platform Meta and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Meta

Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

Only individuals aged 16 and above are eligible to participate, and the Giveaway is open worldwide. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification.

Employees of the Organizer and participating Boards & More GmbH, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

Participation in the competition takes place in four steps:

·      Tag someone in the comments you would love to go on your next big air session

The Giveaway commences upon activation on Saturday, 09.12.2023 at 20:00 CEST. The participation deadline is 7 days later on Friday, 17.12.2023, at 21:00 CEST.

To get a chance to win this kite, participants must successfully complete the four steps mentioned above

After the competition period has expired, the winner will be chosen at random among all participants who have completed the steps mentioned above.

Prize, prize determination

10.1. The winner will be informed by the organizer via the "Instagram Direct" messaging function after the prize has been determined. The winner must respond via direct message within a period of 5 days after the notification. Failure to provide feedback by the specified date will result in the forfeiture of the giveaway, and the product will be redrawn.

10.2. The winner will also be published on the organizer’s Instagram account (Story) “duotonekiteboarding” ((https://www.instagram.com/duotone.kiteboarding/) and “Andrea Principi (https://www.instagram.com/andrea_principi04/?hl=de) with their Instagram name.

10.3 The right to a prize is not transferable.

10.4 The equivalent value of any winnings will not be paid out in cash.

Product item will be shipped to the winners by the Organizer, or a third party designated by Boards & More GmbH via courier, parcel service, or postal delivery to an address specified by the winner. Delivery is free of charge, with the place of execution remaining at Boards & More GmbH's headquarters.

Legal recourse is not available.
