R&D 360°
Avec le designer Kai Hopf et nos chefs de produit Dani Aeberli et Marco Lang, une seule et même équipe est désormais responsable du développement de la planche, du gréement et même de l'aileron. Cela se traduit par un écosystème planche-gréement inégalé dans lequel tous les produits DUOTONE correspondent vraiment à 100% maintenant.
Outre cette correspondance parfaite, l'autre force motrice de notre R&D est la poussée incessante de notre équipe de vagues autour de Victor Fernandez et Liam Dunkerbeck pour des produits toujours meilleurs.

LOGICIEL DE CONCEPTION AI_BOARD_3D
Contrairement au programme standard Shape3d, notre logiciel exclusif de CAO 3D est basé sur des données mathématiques. Cela nous permet de recouper les résultats à l'aide de l'intelligence artificielle pour garantir une précision maximale. En plus d'être beaucoup plus précis et rapide, des tâches complexes de conception 3D telles que notre concept révolutionnaire de COURBES SYNCHRONISÉES auraient été tout simplement impossibles à réaliser.
SEULEMENT FAÇONNÉS PAR CNC
Toutes nos planches sont maintenant façonnées par CNC, ce qui est non seulement beaucoup plus précis, mais ouvre des avantages décisifs par rapport à la méthode de construction traditionnelle par moule qui nous permet de mettre en œuvre de nouvelles formes à tout moment.
DÉVELOPPEMENT AXÉ SUR LA PRODUCTION
Chaque prototype est fabriqué dans notre usine exclusive en utilisant le même processus et les mêmes matériaux que les planches de production. De cette façon, chaque prototype a exactement le même poids et la même flexibilité et se sent donc identique à la planche que vous obtenez.

The Skate D/LAB is Duotone's premier competition freestyle board, built for expert riders who live for new school tricks, explosive pop, and competition-level performance. Now in D/LAB construction, the highest tier in the Duotone lineup, the Skate D/LAB takes everything that defined the SLS and pushes it further: same weight but even stronger, more direct underfoot.
The Skate has defined the cutting edge of freestyle competition for decades. Its compact, radical shape is the reason: you accelerate faster, pop higher, spin quicker, and land with the control to load up and pop again immediately. That means double and triple power moves stop being ambitions and start being your set list. The finely tuned tail shape generates explosive acceleration and top speed right when you need it. The flat nose was built for sliding tricks, locking in cleanly and releasing on cue.
