The Austrian from Vienna grew up in a wind sports-loving family. When she learned wing foiling with her father on a summer vacation in Greece in 2021, she immediately fell in love and has been working hard to improve ever since.

When and where did you start Wing Foiling?
At 13-years-old I first tried Wing Foiling 2021 in Greece with my dad and immediately fell in love with it.
What’s your watersports history – from which side did you enter Winging?
My whole family is into water sports, so I grew up Windsurfing before I got hooked on Wing Foiling.
What do you love about Wing Foiling?
I love the connection to the ocean – and that there’s always a new trick to learn. It never gets boring!
What’re your favourite conditions?
Strong wind and a bit of waves.
How did you get into competition?
After the Young Blood Camp in Tarifa 2024 the other riders motivated me to give competing a try.
What’s your top advice for a beginner?
Even when it feels like you’re not making progress – keep training. The breakthrough moments always come.
Boom or handles?
Definitely boom! I love the control and the endless possibilities it gives you, especially for freestyle.
