In addition to wearing the batteries on a waist harness, you can also mount the battery box on the tail of the Midfish Air board. Since the distance between the mast top plate and the battery box connector is significantly shorter in this setup, only a 70 cm power cable is required.

The short power cable fits neatly along the underside of the board, eliminating any risk of contact with the rotating propeller. As the cable is not connected to the rider and cannot be overextended, the use of a leash is optional.

The short power cable is not compatible with the eHarness. It is included in the Battery Box Mounting Set and is also available separately as a spare part.

Maintenance tip: If the connectors come into contact with saltwater or sand, be sure to rinse them thoroughly with fresh water to prevent any residue from remaining. Use a cotton swab if needed to clean any stubborn spots. Allow the connectors to air dry completely, and for optimal connectivity, apply a thin layer of dielectric grease to the connectors.

For instructions on replacing the standard power cable with this shorter version and mounting the battery box on the tail of the board, please visit our Help Center.
