Classic Shape. Modern Construction. The FLOW's Malibu-longboard inspired outline isn't retro for its own sake — it's a precision tool.

The wider, rounded nose generates effortless early entry into waves and superior forward glide on flat water. The generous mid-section volume keeps the platform stable and predictable underfoot, while the tail's refined outline allows smooth, drawn-out carves and pivot turns without requiring expert-level technique. The result is a board that genuinely rewards newcomers and intermediate paddlers while remaining satisfying and capable in the hands of more experienced riders pushing into steeper surf.

This is the board for fluid, unhurried riding — trimming down the line, walking toward the nose, leaning into a long carve, and simply enjoying being on the water.

CUSTOM CNC Construction

The FLOW is built with DUOTONE's CUSTOM CNC composite construction — a composite-wood Sandwich layup with a lightweight CNC-precision-shaped EPS core and an unfinished look, developed and continuously refined from DUOTONE's heritage in premium windsurfing and foil board manufacturing. The result is a great balance between low weight, efficient glide and great comfort.

A Shape That Grows With You

Whether you are taking your first steps into wave riding or refining a classic longboard style, the FLOW is designed to reward progression. The Malibu-longboard outline's natural stability means newcomers can find their feet quickly, while the responsive rails and refined bottom contours give experienced paddlers the feedback they need to draw cleaner lines and surf more critically. This is not a one-season board — it is a long-term quiver staple.

Versatility Across Conditions

From dawn-patrol flatwater sessions to small-wave surf breaks and coastline explorations, the FLOW performs across the full spectrum of all-round SUP use. Its longboard-style shape handles chop and open water with composure, while the fin setup delivers precise tracking and maneuverability whether you are paddling straight or deep in a turn. This is the ideal board for European conditions: lake paddles, river touring, Atlantic beach breaks, and Mediterranean point breaks — the FLOW is at home everywhere.

AI_Board_3D
In contrast to the industry-standard Shape3d program, our own exclusive 3D CAD software is based on math data-driven input. This allows us to cross-check the outcome using artificial intelligence to ensure maximum precision.Apart from being much more accurate and faster, complex 3D design tasks such as our ground-breaking SYNCED CURVES CONCEPT would otherwise have been simply impossible to realize.
All-Around Performance
Flat water, coastal touring, small to head-high waves.
Malibu Longboard-Style Shape
Wider rounded nose for easy nose-walking. Wider mid-section with lots of curvature offers a stable platform combined with great maneuverbility.
Progressive Design
Accessible for newcomers, satisfying for advanced riders.
CUSTOM CNC Technology
CNC-milled lightweight EPS core with composite-wood sandwich: light and stiff.

CUSTOM CNC TECHNOLOGY

The CUSTOM CNC TECHNOLOGY is our durable sandwich construction for everyday use.

Instead of using a mould to bring the EPS foam core into its final shape each EPS block gets CNC milled. This ensures maximum precision and results in an unbeatable weight-strength ratio. Wood reinforcements effectively dampen peak loads.

Additional glass reinforcement patches around the critical impact zones ensure structural integrity. A durable outer skin improves the impact resistance. The unfinished look gives it an exclusive, custom-made appearance.

Grab Handle

Ensures a secure grip and comfort when carrying your board. The handle features a double-sided design, so you can hold it from either side.

Duo Structure Pads

The 4 mm thick EVA pads offer the best balance between cushioning/comfort and grip/control. The center section features our signature diamond pattern, which ensures symmetrical grip in all directions. The heat-pressed process protects the EVA against abrasion, ensuring maximum durability. The rear section features a longitudinal cord-groove pattern that provides maximum lateral grip for your back foot, even during the most radical turns. We exclusively select EVA colors that don’t look dirty even after use and won’t fade even after hours in the sun.

DUAL LEASH PLUG

Stay connected to your board at all times thanks to the integrated leash plug. Our custom designed plug features two attachment points to ensure maximum reliability and safety, so you can securely attach your leash and stay firmly connected to your board.

2+1 Tri Box System

This system consists of 2 multi fin boxes (future fin compatible) + 1 US fin box. Two smaller side fins combined with the bigger center fin create a true Tri-fin setup that guarantees excellent maneuverability paired with additional grip and straight line paddle stability. The asymmetrical side fins also provide additional grip even during pivot turns.

Tail Design

SQUASH TAIL

The squash tail is the most common tail shape among modern surf boards as it’s extremely versatile. It gives you more drive and grip during turns. Its rounded corners provide hold similar to a pin tail but with additional lift for improved maneuverability already at lower speeds and smaller waves.

Bottom Shape

Flat single-concave into V double-concave into opening V (front to back).

>> In the front the flat single-concave improves the acceleration and take off on the wave.

>> Just before the front foot it transitions into a V double-concave to ensure a stable riding position.

>> Towards the tail the V is gradually increasing which results in a disconnected rocker (flatter rocker line in the center with increased rocker along the rail). The flatter center rocker results in improved planing power while the increased rail rocker improves the water release and turn-ability.

Outline

The advanced wide point adds extra lift at the front of the board, making it easier to move around and allowing you to stay on the nose for longer. It also helps the board lock into turns by engaging a long section of rail from the tail all the way up to the wide point.

The wider midsection provides greater stability for newcomers and/or in choppy conditions. The width also accentuates the outline curve, helping you to push harder into turns —almost like you would on a shortboard.

Rocker Line

LONGBOARD ROCKER

Classic smooth longboard rocker adding smoothness and variety to your maneuvers. This encourages flowing turns rather than having to stall. The emphasis is on carving — not on old‑school nose lifting to force the board through a turn.

The rocker naturally settles the board into its arc, so with only minimal input, the FLOW glides through each turn with ease.

Rail Shape

SURFING STYLE RAILS

> Harder, pulled down rails towards the tail for maximum grip during the top turns and more efficient glide.

> Softer beveled rails towards the nose for smooth bottom turns and greater forgiveness when nose-riding.

Deck Shape

FLAT SPOT DECK SHAPE

The center of the deck is completely flat—right where you stand. Instead of standing on a round log, it feels more like standing on a jetty; this provides a stable base for better balance and maximum control.

EVA KICK-PAD

For better grip and foot positioning in pivot turns. Prevents foot from slipping outside of the pad area during swift turns.
