The Glide 3.0 D/LAB evolves Duotone’s most successful foil platform into a new level of efficiency, control, and playfulness. Building on the proven Glide DNA, the new generation increases the aspect ratio to around 12, delivering significantly improved pump and glide – allowing the rider to downsize in foil choice - while maintaining a surprisingly agile and dynamic riding feel.
Featuring the same stall-friendly profile concept as the highly acclaimed Crest D/LAB, the Glide 3.0 combines effortless low-end lift with a huge usable speed range. This refined profile not only makes it easier than ever to stay on foil in minimal energy conditions, but also improves pumping efficiency and reduces rider fatigue, allowing for longer and more efficient glide phases. Delivering smooth, predictable power, it performs across multiple disciplines - from winging and prone to parawing and downwind, where the Glide truly excels.
The introduction of a moustache-style curvature with upturned wingtips transforms the handling characteristics, providing a much looser and more playful roll response compared to the Glide 2.0. This not only improves maneuverability in turns but also allows for controlled breaching of the tips without losing stability.
Optimized chord distribution further maximises efficiency and glide, making the Glide 3.0 D/LAB a versatile high-performance foil across multiple disciplines. Whether pumping, carving waves, or linking long glides, it delivers an efficient, responsive, and playful ride in any condition.
