Get your creativity into work flow. Every Friday you have the chance to post your favourite photo – related with windsurfing and Duotone - and the hashtags #fanpostfriday and #duotonewindsurfing on your timeline on facebook or instagram.

We do not set any limits to your ideas: It could be a photo of the biggest wave of your life, your first time planing, freestyle in the bathtub or having fun with our promo wear. Impress your crowd or make them laugh - everything is possible.

The three pictures which get most “likes” until Friday the 21th of December, will win the challenge and these fantastic prizes (Please scroll to the bottom end for Terms and Conditions):

 

1. Prize: the original world title winning red 4.7 SuperHero of Victor Fernandez E42.

2. Prize: A DUOTONE POWER XT, the extension which - thanks to the integrated lever - overcomes even the strongest downhaul forces. It enables perfect re-trimming or fine-tuning even when on the water.

3. Prize: A DUOTONE cap signed by Gollito Estredo, Victor Fernandez, Pierre Mortefon and other Duotone team rider and a DUOTONE beanie from our online shop to keep your ears warm after your winter sessions

Terms and Conditions

The participation is free of charge. To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must be over 18 years of age and not be a member of the Boards and More staff.

All participants who post a picture on facebook or Instagram with the hashtags “fanpostfriday” and “duotonewindsurfing” by the 21th of December 2018, 12:00 am UTC+1, will be entered into the draw. The picture which collects most “likes” (inclusive "love", "haha" and "wow") by the 21th of December 2018, 12:00 am UTC+1 wins the challenge. First prize: the original 4.7 SuperHero of Victor Fernandez. Second prize: a DUOTONE POWER XT. Third prize: a DUOTONE cap, signed by the Top sailors and a duotone beanie.

The winning pictures will be published by DUOTONE WINDSURFING INTERNATIONAL on facebook and Instagram. The winner will be contacted on facebook. In the event that we cannot contact the winner within 10 days after the draw, the prize will be awarded to a new winner. The prize is non-transferable and not convertible into cash.

DUOTONE WINDSURFING INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the raffle or alter the raffle at any time without prior notice. Duotone Windsurfing respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes outlined here.

Teilnahmebedingungen
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenlos und richtet sich ausschließlich nach diesen Teilnahmebedingungen. Die Teilnahme erfolgt durch die Veröffentlichung eines Bildes auf Facebook oder Instagram mit den Hashtags „fanpostfriday“ und „duotonewindsurfing“. Das Bild, welches bis zum 21.12.18 um 12:00 Uhr MEZ die meisten „Gefällt mir“ Angaben (inklusive "love", "haha" und "wow" Reaktionen auf facebook) bekommt, gewinnt das Gewinnspiel. Zeitraum: 16.11.18 – 21.12.18. Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle an der Konzeption und Umsetzung des Gewinnspiels beteiligten Personen und Mitarbeiter des Betreibers sowie ihre Familienmitglieder.


Folgende Preise werden vergeben: Hauptpreis: das originale 4.7 SuperHero von Victor Fernandez. Zweiter Platz: eine DUOTONE POWER XT. Dritter Platz: eine von Duotone Teamfahrern unterschriebene Kappe und eine Duotone Mütze. Das Gewinnerfoto wird auf der Facebook und Instagram Seite von Duotone Windsurfing iveröffentlicht. Der Gewinner wird über Facebook benachrichtigt. Meldet sich der Gewinner nach zweifacher Aufforderung innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Tagen nicht, kann der Gewinn auf einen anderen Teilnehmer übertragen werden. Die Aushändigung der Gewinne erfolgt nach dem 07.01.2019 ausschließlich an den Gewinner oder an den gesetzlichen Vertreter des minderjährigen Gewinners. Ein Umtausch sowie eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns sind nicht möglich. Eventuell für den Versand der Gewinne anfallende Kosten übernimmt der Betreiber.


Der Veranstalter behält sich ausdrücklich vor, das Gewinnspiel ohne vorherige Ankündigung und ohne Mitteilung von Gründen zu beenden. Dies gilt insbesondere für jegliche Gründe, die einen planmäßigen Ablauf des Gewinnspiels stören oder verhindern würden. Der Teilnehmer versichert, dass die von ihm gemachten Angaben zur Person wahrheitsgemäß und richtig sind. Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass sämtliche personenbezogenen Daten des Teilnehmers ohne Einverständnis weder an Dritte weitergegeben noch diesen zur Nutzung überlassen werden. Im Falle eines Gewinns, erklärt sich der Gewinner mit der Veröffentlichung seines Namens in den vom Veranstalter genutzten Werbemedien einverstanden. Dies schließt die Bekanntgabe des Gewinners auf der Webseite des Betreibers und seinen Social Media Plattformen mit ein. Der Teilnehmer kann seine erklärte Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen.

Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
