1. Organiser 

The organiser of this raffle is the Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1, 4591 Molln, Austria (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").  

2. Raffle Platform 

The raffle is promoted during the Duotone x ION Christmas Activation via several touchpoints as Social Media, Newsletter and Website. The actual entry and sign-up take place on the official website of the Organiser:

3. Entry Process 

To enter the raffle, participants must complete the sign-up form via the provided link. Participation requires providing a first name, a valid email address, gender, their favorite sport & the country of departure, which subscribes the entrant to the Duotone & ION newsletter. 

By submitting the form, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. However, unsubscribing before the raffle concludes may result in disqualification. 

4. Eligibility 

1. Participation is open to everybody. 

2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

3. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the participant’s age and identity. Non-compliance will result in disqualification. 

4. Employees of Boards & More GmbH and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. 

5. Participation via bots, sweepstake clubs, or automated services is strictly prohibited. 

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses or aliases will result in disqualification. 

5. Raffle Period 

The raffle runs from December 4, 2025 to December 26, 2025 (23:59 CET). 

The winner will be drawn at random and notified by email no later than January 16, 2026. 

6. Prizes 

The prize is a trip for two people to one of the introduced DPCs (DPC Koksijde, DPC Port Barcarès, DPC Viana, DPC Soma Bay, DPC Tenerife, DPC Zanzibar), including flights, accommodation & gear/courses offered by the DPC.  

The price:  

1. Is non-transferable 

2. Cannot be exchanged for cash 

3. Cannot be changed by the winner 

4. Must be redeemed within one year 

5. Flights for two people are limited to a maximum of €2.000 in total for all travel expenses (incl. flights) 

6.1. Winner Notification  

The winner will be selected through a random draw.

The winner will be notified by Duotone via the email that was used for the registration. 

The winner must respond to this notification within 14 days. 

If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected and contacted.  

6.2. Accommodation & Services  

Accommodation and services are provided directly by the chosen Duotone Pro Center (DPC). 

The available travel periods and included services vary by DPC. 

Details for each participating DPC are listed below: 

DPC Koksijde (Belgium)  

• Accommodation: Apartment (self-catering) for 2 people (7 days / 6 nights), no transfer included 

• Full gear setup with the latest Duotone & ION equipment (4 hours per day) or five-day half-session course (depending on rider level) 

• Travel period 2026: all year 

DPC Port Barcarès (France)  

• Accommodation: Apartment (self-catering) for 2 people (7 days / 6 nights), no transfer included 

• Full gear setup with the latest Duotone & ION equipment (4 hours per day) or five-day half-session course (depending on rider level) 

• Travel period 2026: April – October 2026 (July and August excluded) 

DPC Soma Bay (Egypt)  

• Accomodation:  

• Hotel: The Kaktus Soma Bay.  

• Room type: Standard Double Room for 2 persons, half board included 

• Extras: 

• Airport shuttle for 2 persons 

• Tourist visa included 

• Passport requirement: Passport must be valid 6 months beyond the date of entry 

• Full gear setup with the latest Duotone & ION equipment (4 hours per day) or five-day half-session course (depending on rider level) 

• Travel period 2026: 1 March – 30 November 2026

DPC Tenerife (Spain)  

• Accommodation: Apartment (self-catering) for 2 people (7 days / 6 nights), no transfer included 

• Full gear setup with the latest Duotone & ION equipment (4 hours per day) or five-day half-session course (depending on rider level) 

• Travel period 2026: all year 

DPC Viana (Portugal)  

• Accommodation: Apartment (self-catering) for 2 people (7 days / 6 nights), no transfer included 

• Full gear setup with the latest Duotone & ION equipment (4 hours per day) or five-day half-session course (depending on rider level) 

• Travel period 2026: 1 May 2025 – 30 June 2025 

DPC Zanzibar (Tanzania)  

• Accommodation: Apartment (self-catering) for 2 people (7 days / 6 nights), no transfer included 

• Full gear setup with the latest Duotone & ION equipment (4 hours per day) or five-day half-session course (depending on rider level) 

• Travel period 2026: January, February, June, September, October 

6.3. Coordination with the Selected DPC  

Once the winner has chosen their preferred Duotone Pro Center, they must contact the DPC directly to arrange travel dates and finalize on-site planning. 

6.4. Travel to the Destination  

The winner is responsible for choosing their travel dates together with the selected DPC. Our travel agency will handle the flight booking and coordination on behalf of the winner, up to a total value of €2,000. 

7. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance) 

The Organiser processes participant data (e.g. email, name, and postal address for the winner) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a & b GDPR. 

Data is processed solely for: 

1. Administering the raffle, 

2. Newsletter subscription, 

3. Winner notification and prize dispatch. 

Participants can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. 

No data will be sold or transferred to third parties beyond those involved in administering the raffle. 

8. Liability & Legal 

1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries. 

2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time, especially due to unforeseen technical or legal issues. 

3. Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the raffle will result in disqualification. 

4. Legal recourse is excluded.
