Terms & Conditions for US Raffle "Sign-up & win $500 voucher"

  1. The Organizer of this raffle is the Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1, 4591 Molln, Austria (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

  2. The raffle is promoted during the Duotone Lead Ads in the US via several touchpoints as Social Media and Website. The actual entry and sign-up take place on the official website of the Organiser: https://www.duotonesports.com/giveaways/us-newsletter-raffle

  3. To enter the giveaway, participants must successfully complete the registration process using the provided sign-up form on the Organizer's website. Ensure accurate and complete information is provided, and acceptance of these participation terms is granted. Participants are required to provide their email address and first name, which will automatically subscribe them to the newsletter. We are also entitled to deliver further marketing communications as follows. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time.

  4. Participation in the giveaway is entirely free of charge. In exchange for the chance to win, the Organizer is granted permission to use the participant's provided data for prize shipping purposes.

  5. The winner will be randomly selected until June 30 2026. The prize package contains one (1) 500$ shopping voucher that can be redeemed on the Duotone Online Shop under the following link: https://www.duotonesports.com/en/us
    It is only valid in the US shop.
    One-time use: the voucher code can only be redeemed for a single purchase. There is no credit or refund for any unused amount.

  6. Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate, and the giveaway is open worldwide. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification.

  7. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries using different email addresses or aliases will result in disqualification. 

  8. The Organizer bears no responsibility for any technical difficulties that may limit accessibility to the giveaway. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or extend the giveaway period at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons.

  9. Employees of the Organizer and participating Boards & More GmbH, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

  10. Participation through service providers, including lottery entry services, sweepstakes clubs, and automated entry via sweepstakes bots, is prohibited.

  11. Legal recourse is not available.

  12. Attempts to influence equal opportunities through technical manipulation, multiple entries, submission of false personal information, or similar serious breaches will result in disqualification, if necessary, retroactively.

  13. The winner will be selected through a random draw. The winner will be notified by Duotone via the email that was used for the registration.  The winner must respond to this notification within 14 days.  If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected and contacted.  

  14. Prize items will be sent to the winners by the Organizer or a third party designated by Boards & More GmbH via E-Mail to an address specified by the winner. Delivery is free, with the place of execution remaining at Boards & More GmbH's headquarters. Cash payments, alterations, or substitutions of the prize are not permitted. Transferring the prize to a third party is also not allowed.

  15. The Organizer processes participant data (e.g. email, name, and postal address for the winner) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a & b GDPR. Data is processed solely for: 

    Administering the raffle, Newsletter subscription, Winner notification and prize dispatch. 

    Participants can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. No data will be sold or transferred to third parties beyond those involved in administering the raffle. 

  16. Liability & Legal 

    The Organizer accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries. 

    The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time, especially due to unforeseen technical or legal issues. 

    Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the raffle will result in disqualification. 

    Legal recourse is excluded.
