1. Organiser of the exclusive Pre-Sales Registration is the DUOTONE division (hereinafter also referred to as "Organiser"), a company part of the Boards & More GmbH, Rabach 1 , 4591 Molln, Austria.

2. The Registration is offered on the Website of the organizer: https://www.duotonesports.com/en/kiteboarding/more/about-us/duotone-porsche-pink-pig-limited-edition

3. By filling out the registration form, users have the chance to get limited pre-sale rights to buy one of each of the 360 Limited Duotone X Porsche products at the end of the registration phase:

   • Evo SLS Pink Pig Edition (limited to 360 units)

   • Select Concept Blue Pink Pig Edition (Size 138; limited to 360 units)

   • NTT Pink Pig Porsche Edition (limited to 360 units)

4. The Exclusive access for pre-sale rights commences upon activation on Thursday, 05.10.2023 at 21:00 CEST. The participation deadline is 36 days later on Friday, 10.11.2023, at 21:00 CEST.

5. After the registration period has expired, a random drawing will determine the 360 winners from all registrations received during the participation period.

6. To get a chance to buy one of the 360 limited Duotone x Porsche products selected in the registration form, participants must successfully complete the registration process using the provided sign-up form on the Organizer's website. Ensure accurate and complete information is provided, and acceptance of these participation terms is granted.

7. Participation in the Pre-sales registration is entirely free of charge. In exchange for the chance to buy one of each of the 360 limited Duotone X Porsche products, the Organizer is granted permission to use the participant's provided data for purchase and shipping process.

8. Additionally, the registered user will automatically subscribe to our Duotone Kiteboarding Newsletter to get the latest news. Users have the option to unsubscribe from the Duotone newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the end of each newsletter.

9. Product items will be shipped to the winners by the Organizer, or a third party designated by Boards & More GmbH via courier, parcel service, or postal delivery to an address specified by the winner. Delivery is free of charge, with the place of execution remaining at Boards & More GmbH's headquarters.

10. Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate, and the registration is open worldwide. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in disqualification.

11. Employees of the Organizer and participating Boards & More GmbH, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

12. Legal recourse is not available.

13. Within 14 days after the end of the registration period, Winners will be notified via email or phone (if number is provided).

14. The winner must respond via emali or phone to the contact provided in the winning notification within a period of 10 days after the notification. Failure to provide feedback by the specified date will result in the forfeiture of the pre-sale right of product entitlement, and the products will be redrawn. The winner will be notified of this in the winning notification.

15. Participant data will be collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and for marketing communication (Newsletter). Contact information for winners will be shared exclusively for prize delivery purposes.
