Your hobbies aside kiteboarding?
Skating, Rock climbing, Calisthenics, Running, Yoga.
What do you do on a day without wind?
I like to be active doing other sports and learning new skills. I love spending time with my family and friends.
What style of music are you interested in?
I have quite a wide taste in music, it depends what moon I’m in. Rock/indie, RnB, Hip Hop.
How and why did you start kiteboarding?
My father Peter Whiteley, was the first guy in the North West of England to start kitesurfing in 1998. He taught me to Kitesurf.
Why are you riding for Duotone?
I ride Duotone because I believe the gear enables me to perform at my highest level. I feel confident riding Duotone, I know I can count on my setup and push my riding that bit harder every session. I also really like the vibes from Duotone, straight away I just had a good feeling with the company, something I wanted to be part of. Everyone is very friendly and trying to deliver the best end result, a great experience for all Duotone customers.
What is your main goal for the future?
My goal is to try keep inspiring new people to share this amazing passion for kitesurfing. I also want to push the extreme side of riding for women, going big, kite loops in strong wind. I will keep pushing my riding with the goal to be GKA Air Games World Champion.
What training do you do to stay fit?
I keep fit doing other sports or go to the gym.
What would have been your job if you wouldn´t be a pro kiteboarder?
I think I would have been a painter & Decorator / interior design.
What´s your favourite food?
My Mum’s homemade lasagne!
