The PWA slalom season continues with the two Asian events. Pierre wins the foil event in Japan, Jordy wins his first elimination ever in Korea and Marion Mortefon continues to bust out podiums.

Flying Frenchman Pierre Mortefon wins the first PWA slalom event in Marignane. Marion Mortefon takes the 2nd place in the women´s fleet. Jordy Vonk can be very proud of his 4th place as well, and Marco Lang celebrates a good comeback with a 10th place.

A lot of DUOTONE team riders start the new year somewhere travelling. It's the time to free their mind, ride other waves, relax with their families, practice different sports or sometimes already training for the new season.

The Youth though, gathers at the Victor Fernandez Center in Almeria for the PWA Youth World Cup, which isn't exactly blessed with wind this time. Doesn't matter. The 40 youngsters from 7 countries have a good time anyway.

PWA in Tenerife, El Medano

Victor wins the event and takes the lead in the PWA ranking.

Adam finishes on the podium for the first time in his career: 3rd place from the smiling Englishman.

Wave and Freestyle PWA season kicks off!

Victor Fernandez doesn't have the best start at the Gran Canaria Wind and Waves Festival, 4th place for him. His team mates though exceed the expectations! Adam Lewis and Gollito share a 7th place and the DUOTONE juniors win almost each category.

The freestyle and slalom event on Fuerteventura shows who is the king of freestyle. Gollito wins the final against team mate Adrien, who sails his best season so far. In the slalom competition, Pierre gets another 3rd place onto the score sheet, while Jordy steps up in the ranking by taking a 4th place.

It's all about the speed - our slalom team gets ready for the season: TWS Slalom Pro Training on Tenerife. The amount of TOP slalom guys from the PWA tour allows them to race in a set-up close to the PWA race conditions. They also work on the design details for the new Warp2019.

JANUARY

#TeamDuotone is training around the globe. We follow their trips from Cape Town, Maui, Australia, Tenerife and their home spots.
