Simon Hammerschmied

I grew up in the south of Austria, which isn’t really known for a place with a lot of windy days. When I was seven years old my father taught me how to windsurf. At first I wasn’t very motivated, but when I surfed with a little more wind in Italy for the first time, I knew it will be my sport! The first few years I just surfed for fun. It got serious when I got my first freestyle-board. From then on I was totally hooked and learned new moves  every year!
