Send to shop service
We know that not everyone has the time or knowledge to assemble the spare parts themselves. That's why you can send the parts to a local participating shop and have them assemble your equipment for free.
How it works
Add the spare parts to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Select the option "Shipping to official shop".
Within 2 days after the arrival of the products in the shop, you will be contacted to make an appointment for the installation.
You bring your defective equipment to the shop and they will assemble the parts for you free of charge.
Please note: We only offer this service for kiteboarding spare parts.
