Depending on the material, there are different cutting methods: Dacron, Canopy, STPU-reinforcements = LECTRA (digital, cutting knife) Bladder, lines, webbings, Tip-Strut-ends = cutting by hand. CANOPY PRINT Yamuna oversees the screenprinting. It is automated, semi-automated, or manual. The printed panels need to dry for 24 hours. 01 02 03 05 04 NESTING All sewing patterns are clustered / nested in CAD in order to have a minimum waste of material. INCOMING INSPECTION Before the production starts, samples of all fabrics, lines, and materials to be processed are checked to guarantee the quality certified by the provider. PRINTED CANOPY ASSEMBLE PANEL CHECKING Bhagya is checking the quality of all prints on the canopy as well as the correct placement of the seams.
